This is a difficult question to answer due to the wide variations in Web site designs and
the number/type of graphics used and the number of HTML pages that are required.
As a guide the following can be used :-

• Each HTML page $20-100 depending on content and size.
  
• Scanning $20 per image.
  
• Image Editing $50 per hour or firm quote.
  
• Image Development $50 per hour or firm quote.

• OnLine order forms $150 (Depending on complexity, etc
  
• Web site updates $50-100 or by quote, depending on changes

ISP Charges



• $2 per hour for basic Internet access account*
  
• $50 per month to run the site Fixed IP
  
• Above includes 10 Megabytes for the Website
  
• CGI programming $150 per hour
  
• Domain name registration $170 for the first two years,
  $150 per two years after initial establishment.

  * Minimum 10 hours to open or 30 hours there-after.

This of course depends on the size of the site, how complex the graphics are that need to be
developed and the number of links required.
• Domain name registration normally takes around 2 weeks (this is done through Melbourne-IT)
  
• We will usually have your Web site ready by the time your Domain name is approved.
  
• We upload the site to the allocated account space on the server and then allow you time
  to appraise our work and advise of any required changes or fixes. Once the Domain name has
  approval, the name is linked to the account area and is then ready to take live traffic.
  
• Normally payment for our services is expected once the site is uploaded and you agree that
  it is satisfactory for your requirements.

The administration of your site will normally be performed by us. We would normally come to an
arrangement so that no "pain" is involved in running your site. Of course, we can also assist in
developing local staff experience in updating/maintaining the site.

If required we can remotely administer your site and can even forward or fax Email, especially useful
if you are going to be away from your normal location...

Advertising - we will normally issue a listing in two of the Australian search engines ie: Wombat and
Matilda. It is your responsibility to promote your site! It is important to realise that people have to
hear about your site to visit it. It is recommended that you supplement the InterNet media with another
one - either print media or radio/television depending on your budget and audience target.

It is a requirement that our promo banner be left on the site. In addition you agree that for 12 months
that you will NOT allow modification of our Source code by another content provider.

Changing ISP's - If you require we can do redirection from an existing to your new site. This can be
advantageous if your current ISP is expensive in regards to hosting a site. An example here is we know
of one ISP that charges per hit on your site! A bit hot that one...
